Police Arrest a 14 year old on the Brooklyn Bridge

Police arrest this 14 year old for participating as well. It looks more like she was just trying to get some pictures. Even so, why would NYPD even think about arresting a 14 year old...

    NYPD are trying to instill anger in people so they will act out in violence. This was probably done for the shock factor.
